Online edition

The online edition gives you the possibility to change the values ​​whenever you want. This has been implemented in both the List View and Detailed View, providing an advantage for users who want to change field values ​​quickly, reducing the number of processes that would normally be taken to edit the entire record.

NOTE: Online editing can be enabled / disabled for both List View and Detail View. This can be done in the main system configuration for CRM, by the system administrator.

List view Online edition

You can edit the registration information in the List View of a module using the online edition by clicking on a field where the pencil icon is displayed.

You can click on the pencil icon or double-click on the field to edit the value.

Once you have made the required change to the field value, you can press Return or click on ‘tick‘. This will save your changes. If you navigate without making any changes, you will see a warning that warns you that you have made unsaved changes to the field you are editing.

You can click Cancel and continue editing and saving your change later, or you can click on Accept, which will discard the changes made.

Detailed edition of the online edition

Similar to List View, you can edit the record information in the Detail View of a module using online editing by clicking on a field where the pencil icon is displayed.

You can click on the pencil icon or double-click on the field to edit the value.

Once you have made the required change to the field value, you can press Return or click on ‘tick‘. This will save the user’s changes. If you navigate without making any changes, you will see a warning that warns you that you have made unsaved changes to the field you are editing.
